Meet Natalie

Hi, I’m Natalie 👋 — the voice behind The Cat Lady Sings.

I’m a proud Miami mom living in Doral, where palm trees, cafecito, and family chaos all blend together into everyday life. I started this blog as a way to share the little stories that make motherhood both exhausting and magical — the ones we laugh about later (even if they made us cry at the time).

Here at home, I share life with my husband Rex, our two boys, Nico (7) and Anthony (5), and of course, our cats — who, if you ask them, run the household.

When I’m not wrangling kids or scooping litter boxes, you’ll probably find me:
☕ Refueling with Cuban coffee
🌴 Hitting up Miami’s parks and beaches with the boys
🍝 Cooking Italian comfort food (and hoping at least one kid eats it)
🐾 Or sneaking in a quiet moment to write and reflect

The Cat Lady Sings is a mix of real-life parenting, Miami lifestyle, and personal stories told with humor, heart, and maybe a touch of sass. My hope is that other moms (and dads too!) will read along and feel seen, inspired, or at the very least entertained.

Thanks for stopping by — I’m so glad you’re here.
Pull up a chair, grab an umbrella dink, and let’s share this ride together.
