If any of you are looking for a great boudoir photographer up in Orlando, I highly recommend Boudoir Noire Photography. Not only does he do boudoir, he also did my wedding photos.
We went to Orlando recently for our Anniversary. We stayed for a whole week at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. We had such a good time, and it was nice to be kid free. Many months ago, Rex mentioned that while we were there he wanted to head over to the coast and do a fishing tour.
Fishing? Yuck. No thanks. I told him I would drop him off at the Fishing charter and then I would go find something to do for a few hours until he was ready to get picked up.
So I began thinking, what could I do during my time alone? He mentioned he would be on the fishing boat 4pm-8pm. I could go get dinner maybe. Or hit a mall? Are there malls in Cocoa Beach? Ugh.
I had always wanted to do a boudoir photoshoot for Rex, but never could find the time to get it done. But I remembered our wedding photographer was also an accomplished boudoir photographer I decided to reach out to him to set something up.
When the day came, I dropped Rex off at the fishing charter and immediately went to Sephora for a basic makeup session. I didn’t want anything crazy that would melt in the heat. Just some cover up and lashes and a little dark lipstick. That part only cost me like $100.
After I got the makeup done, I drove over to the beach, where I met Michael in a parking lot near the beach. Michael said we should walk the beach, down a bit to get away from people, maybe find a secluded area.
We walked about 20 minutes, discussing the photos I would like to take. I mentioned that if I am feeling brave at the end, I would definitely want to do a couple photos topless, maybe even fully nude. I knew from his website that he did photos like that so I knew it wouldn’t be a problem as long as nobody was around.
Went spent about an hour, doing a bunch of different poses, in the sand, in the water, standing, sitting, kneeling. I actually got a little sore moving muscles I rarely use lol.
Once Michael said he got all the lingerie pics he needed, he asked if I wanted to do the nudes. Sure I said. I’m ready. Let’s do it!
I took my lacy bra off and covered my boobs with my arms my arm, lol, omg, I’m really doing this. Did a few like that. Then I just took my panties off too. Did some lying in the sand, sitting, kneeling all over again. I was covered in sand (honestly those photos look really cute, especially my sandy buns lol). So Michael suggested I run down to the water and rinse off. I didn’t even know he was photographing, but when I got my images back, he had taken the sexiest photos of me naked in the water! I mean I looked like a freaking model.
Anyway, a real good experience and I paid under $1,000 for the whole thing. I got the photo album a couple weeks later and a flash drive with like 80 images on it, plus black and white copies of everything!
Just a perfect experience. I want to do it again, maybe a Christmas session in a nice house with a big staircase?
Oh, and Rex LOVED the photos! I catch him looking at them all the time and he put copies on his phone. I hope he isn’t showing his friends (or maybe I secretly do!).
